🎭 Behind the Scenes - Announcing the Fellowship
For context, we’re building a startup ecosystem centred around maths and games.
We started with TechGames.
It’s evolving into something bigger we’re calling GTO.
Just like quant finance or sailing were once arts before becoming hard sciences, startups are about to have their quantization moment.
Most startup communities/ecosystems today are approximate.
They follow random lore (sometimes contradictory).
Design decisions are driven more by taste and art than by structure and incentives.
We want to use maths to design the highest ROI community for techno-innovators.
Many of you have asked to be involved in building up the events with TechGames, the newsletter or other aspects of this movement properly.
So we formalised it.
We created the GTO Fellowship.
We’re still iterating on the structure, but we’re looking for incredible people who want to ride this wave with us and build it properly.
We designed three streams:
Community
Media
VC
Today, we’re opening Community.

This stream is about champions bringing the strongest people in their city into the same room.
We’re starting at the root: IRL (and selectively online).
Highly curated rooms.
Filtered startup builders.
Investors who like games.
People who think long term.
There are two roles:

Founders Olympics 2025 — SF. Tech Poker with some of the most cracked builders I’ve met.
1. Chapter Host
You partner with us to run the best Tech Games in your city.
Smartest crowd.
Cleanest formats.
You pick the game. You build the room.
We back you with the brand, playbooks, and more.
2. Scout / Curator
You spot exceptional builders early and bring them in.
Founders. Operators. Investors.
You raise the average level of the network.
By stepping up, you get:
Direct access to high-signal builders
Early positioning inside the ecosystem
A role in shaping how this scales globally
It’s designed as win-win.
We win if you win.
You win if we win.
