🎭 Behind the Scenes - The 100% Hit Rate
After talking with so many of you over the years and helping with all kinds of bottlenecks, one stood out as the biggest and most time-consuming of them all, the one where some of you have genuinely lost years: hiring, and finding the right job.
Some of you lost, operators, want to make a million but just wasted several years on the wrong startups. Other of you, really smart founders, just burned a ton of money and month of operational headache hiring, teaching, and firing the wrong person.
It happens too many times, and honestly it deeply frustrates us, because it's the best people in the world wasting their time or killing their exponential growth.

We assume level of advancement of a business is an exponential of efficient resources t put in it). A good job match increase efficient resource t, whereas a bad match doesn’t move the needle.
There is a way to palliate this massive (year) cost to palliate cost but it’s extremely costly - loads of random calls, multiple different recruiters, ATS, intros that go nowhere, big fees, and dozens and dozens of hours of time dealing with this all.
But for some reason, the intros we've quietly made through this newsletter have had a really high hit rate. This channel just works. We don't fully know why, maybe it's the caliber of people here, maybe it's the format. What we do know is it's been genuinely appreciated and helpful and does indeed increase your odds of winning. So we're going to build on top of this solid foundation to make sure we squeeze the full potential of value we can give you. We’ll encapsulate this inside GTO Jobs. We ran it quietly for a month, and we've already made ten matches.

What has been clear is that S-tier operators want to bet years of their life on incredibly smart founders who are more likely to win. Lucky us, this community is filled with both sides.
The slightly crazy utopic goal we're chasing on a product perspective is a 100% hit rate with 0% false positive. Every single intro turns into a job, no churn, and both sides are genuinely happy. We don't know exactly how we'll get there. We're starting from a great spot, the pool the games attract is already insanely high quality, and from there we'll see. Maybe we build modular games tuned to each role someone's hiring for, maybe something else. In true GTO fashion, we'll think about it deeply. For now, everything about building incredible teams runs through GTO Jobs. Put two of the right people together and 1+1=3.
